Abigail Moore

Abigail Moore joined Bell Lamb & Joynson in April, 2025 and is a solicitor in our Family Law department.

Abigail assists clients with a wide range of private family law matters. Her work includes advising on issues involving children, as well as divorce and financial remedy proceedings. Abigail supports clients from the initial stages of their case right through to contested court proceedings, providing clear guidance and a compassionate approach throughout.

Abigail joined us following her time at James Murray Solicitors, where she completed her training contract and gained hands-on experience across a variety of family law matters.

She graduated from the University of Sunderland, where she completed her undergraduate law degree, followed by an LLM and the Legal Practice Course (LPC). During her studies, Abigail also worked in the University Law Clinic, offering legal assistance to the local community and strengthening her practical legal skills.

Outside of work, Abigail enjoys spending quality time with her family, being outdoors, and travelling. She has a keen interest in locally sourced produce and loves exploring new restaurants, especially when dining out with her family. She’s also a big music fan and enjoys listening to a variety of genres in her downtime.
