Conveyancing Paralegal
Natasha is a Conveyancing Paralegal at Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors, supporting clients through a range of residential property transactions. She assists with matters from instruction through to completion, helping ensure transactions progress smoothly while maintaining clear and supportive communication with clients.
She joined Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors in October 2025, having previously worked at First Legal Solicitors, and is continuing to develop her experience within the Conveyancing team.
Education and Qualifications
Natasha studied law at Liverpool John Moores University, where she achieved her LLB Law degree.
Professional Experience and Background
Natasha has six months’ experience working in Conveyancing. Before joining Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors, she gained experience at First Legal Solicitors, where she supported residential property matters and developed her understanding of the conveyancing process.
In May 2025, Natasha took a career break to travel around Southeast Asia. Thailand was a highlight of her trip, particularly the Phi Phi Islands and Maya Beach. This experience allowed her to broaden her perspective before returning to her legal career refreshed and motivated.
Areas of Work
Natasha regularly assists with freehold and leasehold transactions, transfers of equity, right to buy matters and remortgages. She supports files at various stages of the transaction and works closely with colleagues to ensure matters are progressed efficiently.
Approach and Client Care
Natasha takes an honest and approachable approach when working with clients. She focuses on being supportive while managing client expectations clearly, helping clients feel informed and reassured throughout their transaction.
Her aim is to provide a personal and human approach rather than a purely transactional experience.
Outside of Work
Outside of work, Natasha enjoys spending time with her partner, travelling to new places, and seeing family and friends. She values opportunities to explore and unwind.
