Crime Assistant

Kyla joined Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors in 2024 as a Business Admin Apprentice, before passing her apprenticeship and becoming a Crime Assistant.

Kyla is part of our Criminal Defence team, supporting solicitors with the smooth running of cases from the moment a client gets in touch. Her responsibilities include managing incoming emails, opening files, and onboarding new clients—often acting as the first point of contact for those in urgent need of legal support.

Since joining the firm, Kyla has quickly become a reliable and organised member of the team. She recently completed her Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration with a distinction and brings a calm, friendly approach to what can often be high-pressure situations.

Outside of work, Kyla enjoys going to gigs, discovering new music, and spending time with friends and family.
