Customer Service Representative

Zach is a Customer Service Representative at Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors and works as part of the Conveyancing New Business Team. He is often one of the first points of contact for clients contacting the firm and plays an important role in ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently and directed to the appropriate department.

He joined Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors in October 2025 as his first step into a career within the legal sector and has since gained experience supporting enquiries across multiple areas of law.

Education and Qualifications

Zach studied law, criminology and sport at Rainford Sixth Form, developing an early interest in the legal sector before beginning his professional career.

Professional Experience and Background

Before joining Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors, Zach worked within hospitality and sales. These roles helped him develop confidence when speaking with a wide range of people and adapt to working in fast paced environments.

Since joining the firm, Zach has worked within the Business Operational Support team, gaining insight into the firm’s departments and building a strong foundation in legal customer service.

Areas of Work

Zach currently deals with a wide range of enquiries, including criminal matters and lasting power of attorney enquiries. Following his transition into the New Business team, his focus will move towards supporting the firm’s conveyancing enquiries.

This role allows him to build further experience within residential property matters while continuing to support clients at the early stages of their legal journey.

Approach and Client Care

Zach takes a calm and professional approach when dealing with clients and is mindful of the need to adapt his communication style depending on the situation. He aims to remain clear and focused while ensuring clients feel supported and informed.

Understanding the client and the nature of their enquiry is central to how Zach delivers effective client care.

Outside of Work

Outside of work, Zach is a keen rugby league and football fan. He also enjoys running and going to the gym to stay active.
