Business Administration Apprentice
Isabel Gee is a Business Administration Apprentice at Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors. She joined the firm in August 2026 after completing her A Levels at Cronton Sixth Form College, including A Level Law, which inspired her growing interest in pursuing a career within the legal sector.
As part of her apprenticeship, Isabel is gaining valuable experience in a professional legal environment while developing her knowledge of how a busy law firm operates. She is currently working towards completing her Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship and is keen to explore different areas of law as her career develops.
Education and Qualifications
Isabel studied at Cronton Sixth Form College, where she completed her A Levels, including A Level Law.
Her studies helped develop her interest in the legal sector, particularly through learning about different legal principles and how the law affects everyday life. She is currently completing her Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship alongside her role at Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors.
Professional Experience and Background
Isabel joined Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors on 17 August 2026 to begin her career within the legal sector. Her apprenticeship provides her with the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a professional environment while developing valuable workplace and administrative skills.
Since joining the firm, Isabel has enjoyed observing her colleagues and learning how different tasks and processes are carried out across the business. Working across a variety of departments is also helping her build a broader understanding of the legal industry and explore the different areas of law available to her as her career progresses.
Areas of Work
In her role as a Business Administration Apprentice, Isabel supports clients and colleagues across a variety of legal departments, including Criminal, Conveyancing, Private Client and Family Law.
She is often one of the first points of contact for client enquiries, helping to ensure enquiries are handled efficiently and directed to the appropriate team. Through her day-to-day responsibilities, Isabel is developing her communication, organisation and administrative skills while gaining valuable insight into the operation of a full-service law firm.
Approach and Working Style
Isabel takes a professional and organised approach to her work and is continuing to build her confidence when communicating with clients and colleagues. She understands the importance of clear communication, attention to detail and ensuring clients are directed to the right person or department.
She is keen to continue learning from those around her and developing the skills needed to progress within the legal profession.
Outside of Work
Outside of work, Isabel enjoys playing netball and regularly attends training sessions and competes in matches. She also enjoys spending time with her family and friends and going on walks with her dogs.
