Anna is a Business Administration Apprentice at Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors. She studied at Cansfield High School and St John Rigby College and is currently working towards her Level 3 Business Apprenticeship. She chose an apprenticeship route to gain real experience while earning a qualification, and joined the firm in May 2025.

Areas of Work

Anna supports clients across all departments, with most of her face‑to‑face work taking place in the Private Client and Conveyancing teams at the Ashton office. She helps ensure that clients are welcomed, guided and connected to the right people within the firm.

Professional Background & Skills

Before joining Bell Lamb & Joynson, Anna worked in a café where she regularly dealt with high volumes of customers. This experience strengthened her confidence, communication and ability to stay calm under pressure. She now uses those skills daily, focusing on clear communication and effective time management to meet expectations and support the smooth running of the office.

Approach & Client Care

Anna aims to be calm, supportive and informative when speaking with clients. She believes clarity is essential, especially when explaining processes or next steps, as it helps avoid confusion later on. Clients value the reassurance she offers and the reliability she brings to each interaction.

Outside of Work

Outside the office, Anna enjoys going to concerts and spending time with friends and family.
