Claire is a Conveyancer at Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors, advising clients across a wide range of residential property matters. With 12 years of experience in Conveyancing, Claire supports clients through transactions with a practical and solutions focused approach.

She joined Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors in March 2022, having previously worked at Goodman Grant Solicitors, and is a well established member of the Conveyancing team.

Education and Qualifications

Claire is currently studying with the Law Training Centre towards her CLC qualification as part of her ongoing professional development. She has already successfully passed four CLC exams.

Professional Experience and Background

Claire has worked in Conveyancing for 12 years, beginning her career as an assistant before progressing through the department. In April 2024, she was promoted to Trainee Licensed Conveyancer, reflecting her experience, knowledge and commitment to the role.

Her career path has given her strong insight into all stages of the conveyancing process and the ability to manage transactions efficiently and confidently.

Areas of Work

Claire regularly advises on freehold and leasehold transactions, shared ownership sales, remortgages, transfers of equity and Help to Buy redemptions. She is particularly experienced in handling transfers of equity and Help to Buy matters.

Her work often involves problem solving and managing complex elements within transactions to help ensure matters progress smoothly.

Approach and Client Care

Claire takes a supportive and approachable approach when working with clients. She is calm under pressure and focuses on finding solutions, helping clients feel reassured throughout what can be a stressful process.

Clients value her clear communication and proactive handling of enquiries.

Outside of Work

Outside of work, Claire is an auntie to three nieces and a nephew who keep her on her toes, almost as much as her Labrador, with who she enjoys long walks. She is an avid concert lover.

Claire has also taken on significant personal challenges for charity, including shaving all her hair off for Cancer Research and running a half marathon for the Stroke Association
