Claire Manning

Conveyancing Paralegal

Claire joined Bell Lamb & Joynson in March 2022 as a Conveyancing Paralegal.

Prior to joining us, Claire worked at Goodman Grant Solicitors as a Conveyancing Assistant from April 2017 until February 2022.

Outside of work, Claire is an auntie to three nieces and a nephew who keep her on her toes, almost as much as her Labrador, with whom she enjoys long walks. She is also an avid concert and theatre lover. Claire once shaved all her hair off for Cancer Research and ran a half marathon for Stroke Association!

I could not fault Lily's advice and service during the process of buying a house. As a first time buyer, I had loads of questions, and Lily always got back to me promptly with clear explanations and responses. I also needed to complete within a certain timeframe, and they ensured that this happened and we were not held up at all. I'll definitely be recommending to family and friends.
