Partner - Head of Residential Property

Laura joined Bell Lamb & Joynson in 1989 initially as a Legal Secretary.

Since then, Laura has benefited from the firm's continued investment in its staff. In 2012, she qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive and is experienced in all aspects of residential conveyancing including remortgages, shared ownership, new build and leasehold properties. In 2018 Laura became department head of conveyancing and as of the 1st of July 2020 became a partner in the firm.

Laura also has many years experience in making Wills and dealing with the Administration of Estates.

As a first time buyer, I had loads of questions, and Lily always got back to me promptly with clear explanations and responses. I also needed to complete within a certain timeframe, and they ensured that this happened and we were not held up at all. I'll definitely be recommending to family and friends.
