Partner - Head of Residential Property

Laura joined Bell Lamb & Joynson in 1989, initially as a Legal Secretary.

Since then, she has developed an impressive career through the firm’s continued investment in its people. In 2012, Laura qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive and has since gained extensive experience in all aspects of residential conveyancing, including remortgages, shared ownership, new build and leasehold properties.

In 2018, Laura became Head of Conveyancing and, on 1 July 2020, was appointed Partner. Alongside her conveyancing expertise, she also has many years’ experience in making Wills and administering estates.

Laura was named Female Trailblazer of the Year at The Modern Law Conveyancing Awards 2024, recognising her commitment to the conveyancing profession and her success in leading an award-winning team at Bell Lamb & Joynson.

She also co-hosts the Bricks & Banter podcast with Tom Parkinson of Rowlinsons Solicitors, where they share insights and experiences from across the property sector.
