Rachael is an experienced Solicitor and Partner of the firm specialising in Conveyancing, with 11 years of post qualification experience. She studied Law (LLB) at Liverpool John Moores University before completing her LPC at the University of Manchester. Rachael initially qualified into Family Law before transitioning into Conveyancing early in her career, where she has since built a strong reputation for her technical ability, efficiency and client focused approach.

Rachael joined Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors in November 2021. She trained and qualified at Morecrofts, later spending time at Williamsons in Hull before returning home to work at JWK in Southport, which was subsequently taken over by Simpson Millar. Her varied background across respected regional firms has shaped her into a well rounded property specialist.

Her caseload includes everything from standard sales and purchases to complex, high value and fast moving transactions.

Notable Work

Rachael is known for her ability to progress matters quickly when the circumstances allow, with some transactions completing in as little as 3-4 weeks when titles are straightforward and all parties are aligned. She has also acted on high value transactions exceeding £1 million and has been instructed by local footballers and football clubs, reflecting the trust placed in her by high profile clients.

Rachael’s approach is centred on proactive communication, strong client care and clear expectation setting from the outset. She ensures clients understand each stage of the transaction, providing regular, jargon free updates so they always feel informed and in control.

She works collaboratively with agents, lenders and third parties to maintain momentum and avoid unnecessary delays. By being upfront about potential challenges and setting realistic timelines, she builds trust and delivers a smooth, transparent experience.

Outside of Work

Rachael has been recognised professionally, receiving Highly Commended Conveyancer of the Year at the LEAP Modern Law Awards 2023.

Outside of work, she has a strong sporting background, having swum competitively for Liverpool throughout her childhood and teenage years, winning numerous awards, trophies and medals. Today, she enjoys yoga, Pilates and walking. She is also a passionate Everton supporter and has held a season ticket for over 15 years.
