She joined Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors in February 1998 and has been a long standing and valued member of the team, known for her commitment to excellent client service.

Jane completed her education at Queen Mary High School in Liverpool.

Jane has 28 years of experience working within the legal sector. She began her career as a Secretary and has spent her entire professional life working within solicitors’ practices.

Before joining Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors, Jane worked at Steinbergs Solicitors. Her long standing experience within the legal environment has given her a strong understanding of client needs and the importance of clear communication.

Jane deals with all client enquiries coming into the firm, ensuring calls and initial contacts are handled efficiently and professionally. She supports clients by directing enquiries appropriately and helping ensure their experience with the firm starts positively.

Jane always aims to be polite and approachable when speaking with clients on the phone. She understands that clients may be contacting the firm during stressful or uncertain times and takes care to communicate calmly and respectfully.
