Victoria is a Conveyancing Paralegal at Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors, supporting clients across a wide range of residential property transactions. With 15 years of experience in Conveyancing, Victoria brings strong technical knowledge and efficiency to every matter she works on.

She joined Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors in March 2024, having previously worked at DC Law, and is a valued member of the Conveyancing team.

Education and Qualifications

Victoria holds a BA (Hons) degree in Criminology and Sociology, which supports her analytical approach and understanding of client circumstances within property transactions.

Victoria has worked in Conveyancing for 15 years and has extensive experience handling a broad range of residential property matters. Her previous role at DC Law further strengthened her ability to manage transactions efficiently and accurately.

Her long standing experience enables her to handle high volumes of work while maintaining attention to detail and clear communication.

Areas of Work

Victoria regularly supports freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new build transactions, transfers of equity, remortgages, and shared ownership matters including Help to Buy schemes.

She is particularly experienced in managing high value transactions and matters requiring a fast turnaround.

Outside of work

Victoria enjoys staying active and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. She regularly goes running and to the gym and values time spent with her family. One of her greatest personal achievements is being a single mum to her two daughters, now aged 16 and 15, while also working full time and completing her degree between 2012 and 2017.
