Lauren graduated from Liverpool John Moores University with a BA (Hons) Degree in Criminology in 2024.

Lauren has 7 years of customer service experience, having worked in a variety of retail and hospitality roles that strengthened her communication, and client care abilities.

Her interest in the legal sector began during a university placement at a local law firm, where she gained insight into legal processes and the importance of high quality client care. This experience motivated her to pursue a role within a professional legal environment, ultimately leading her to join Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors.
