Megan is a Customer Service Representative at Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors, working within the Conveyancing New Business Team. She is often one of the first people clients speak to when contacting the firm with property related enquiries.
She joined Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors in March 2024 and has progressed internally after developing a strong interest in conveyancing while working within the Business Operational Support Team.
Education and Qualifications
Megan studied at Priestley College, where she achieved an A Level in Photography, Film Studies and Media Studies, and an AS Level in Creative Writing.
Professional Experience and Background
Megan has six years of experience in customer service. Before joining Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors, she worked at a local GP practice in Latchford, Warrington, where she gained experience in administration and front of house support within a busy public facing environment.
She joined Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors in March 2024 and initially worked within the Business Operational Support team. During this time, Megan developed an interest in conveyancing, which led to her progression into the New Business team.
Areas of Work
Megan regularly supports residential property matters, including purchases, sales, transfers of equity and remortgages. She assists clients at the early stages of their transactions and helps ensure enquiries are progressed efficiently.
Approach and Client Care
Megan takes a calm and supportive approach when working with clients. She focuses on understanding individual communication needs and aims to respond to enquiries promptly to provide reassurance and confidence in the firm.
Her background in customer facing roles has helped her build strong communication skills and a client centred approach.
Outside of Work
Outside of work, Megan enjoys spending time with her partner, friends and family, going on days out and weekends away. She regularly attends concerts and the cinema and also enjoys gaming, reading, crafting, painting and baking when she has time.
