Conveyancing Paralegal

Jasmin is a Conveyancing Paralegal at Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors, supporting clients through residential property transactions. With seven years of experience working exclusively in Conveyancing, Jasmin assists with matters from instruction through to completion, ensuring clients feel supported throughout the process.

She joined Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors in February 2023, having previously worked at Paul Crowley & Co Solicitors, and is a valued member of the Conveyancing team.

Education and Qualifications

Jasmin studied law at Franklin College in Grimsby before continuing her legal studies at the University of Liverpool. She is currently working towards her Level 4 CLC qualification as part of her ongoing professional development.

Professional Experience and Background

Jasmin has seven years’ experience in Conveyancing and has worked solely within residential property law throughout her career. Her experience spans freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, giving her a strong understanding of the Conveyancing process and the importance of clear, consistent support for clients.

Her background includes experience supporting probate sales, where sensitivity and clear communication are particularly important.

Areas of Work

Jasmin regularly assists with freehold and leasehold sales and purchases. She supports files at various stages and works closely with colleagues to help ensure matters are progressed efficiently and accurately.

Approach and Client Care

Jasmin takes a supportive and approachable approach to client care. She understands that property transactions can be stressful, particularly in sensitive situations such as probate sales, and offers a sympathetic ear alongside clear guidance.

She places strong importance on being available to clients by phone and helping them feel reassured throughout their transaction.

Outside of Work

Outside of work, Jasmin is proud to have raised £1,700 for Alder Hey Children’s Hospital by completing a Snowdon by Night climb. She values time spent staying active and supporting charitable causes alongside her professional career.
