Jasmin Blythin

Conveyancing Paralegal

Jasmin joined Bell Lamb & Joynson in Feb 2023 as a Conveyancing Paralegal.

Jasmin completed her Certificate of Higher Education from the University of Liverpool in 2019. Prior to joining us, Jasmin worked at Paul Crowley & Co Solicitors as a Conveyancing Assistant/Trainee Conveyancing Executive from February 2019 until January 2023.

Jasmin has a fascination with unregistered properties and loves old hand-drawn plans. Jasmin loves to build and maintain relationships with all parties involved in property transactions and enjoys seeing ensuring that conveyancing processes flow easily so that she can assure people that conveyancing really can be a great experience! Outside of work Jasmin enjoys astrology, crystals and tarot reading. She is originally from a small village in North Lincolnshire, but her gran, originally from Liverpool, convinced her to move to Liverpool for university in 2017.

I could not fault Lily's advice and service during the process of buying a house. As a first time buyer, I had loads of questions, and Lily always got back to me promptly with clear explanations and responses. I also needed to complete within a certain timeframe, and they ensured that this happened and we were not held up at all. I'll definitely be recommending to family and friends.
