Caitlan is a Customer Service Representative at Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors and a member of the Business Operational Support team. As one of the first points of contact for clients, she helps people understand the next steps available to them, directs enquiries to the appropriate team and supports new clients through the onboarding process.

She joined Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors in September 2026, bringing six years of customer service experience gained across a variety of hospitality settings, alongside a First Class degree in Criminal Justice.

Education and Qualifications

Caitlan studied at Carmel College, where she completed A-Levels in Criminology and Biology, before continuing her studies at Liverpool John Moores University.

She graduated with a First Class BA (Hons) degree in Criminal Justice, developing a strong understanding of the criminal justice system alongside valuable research, communication and analytical skills.

Professional Experience and Background

Before joining Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors, Caitlan gained six years of customer service experience working across a number of hospitality venues.

This experience allowed her to develop strong communication and interpersonal skills while working with people from a wide range of backgrounds. She joined Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors on 1 September 2026, bringing this client-focused experience into a professional legal environment.

Areas of Work

As part of the Business Operational Support team, Caitlan is often one of the first people clients speak to when contacting the firm.

Her role involves speaking with clients to understand their enquiry, helping point them in the right direction and supporting the onboarding of new clients. She works across enquiries relating to the firm’s different legal services, helping ensure clients receive the appropriate support from the outset.

Approach and Client Care

Caitlan understands that contacting a solicitor can sometimes come at a stressful or challenging time. She enjoys being able to simplify situations for clients, explain what happens next and help put them at ease.

She takes a friendly and approachable attitude to client care, with a focus on listening to what each client needs and making their first interaction with the firm as straightforward as possible.

Outside of Work

Outside of work, Caitlan enjoys baking and spending time with friends, particularly meeting up for coffee.
