Shakirra is a Conveyancing Paralegal at Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors, supporting clients through residential property transactions. With five years of experience within Conveyancing, she assists with matters from instruction through to completion, helping ensure transactions progress smoothly and efficiently.

She joined Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors in 2021 and has developed her career within the Conveyancing team, progressing from a Business Administration Apprentice into a dedicated Conveyancing role.

Professional Experience and Background

Shakirra began her career at Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors as a Business Administration Apprentice. She later moved into the Conveyancing New Business team before progressing into a Conveyancing Assistant role, gaining experience across multiple stages of the property process.

Over the past five years, she has continued to build her expertise within Conveyancing, supporting clients and colleagues across a range of residential matters.

Areas of Work

Shakirra regularly supports freehold and leasehold sales, remortgages and transfers of equity. She assists with documentation and file progression, ensuring matters are handled accurately and efficiently at each stage.

Approach and Client Care

Shakirra takes a calm approach when working with clients and understands the importance of clear communication during property transactions. Her focus is on helping clients feel reassured while their matter progresses.

Outside of Work

Outside of work, Shakirra enjoys track athletics, with a particular interest in the 100 metres and triple jump. She also enjoys Pilates, especially hot mat classes. Shakirra has completed a skydive in support of the Owen McVeigh Foundation, an achievement she is particularly proud of.
