Madison Wellings

Madison is a Business Administration Apprentice at Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors and a member of the Business Operational Support team. She supports the firm by assisting with day to day administrative tasks and is often one of the first points of contact for clients getting in touch with the firm.

She joined Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors in August 2025 and is developing her experience within a professional legal environment while building strong foundations in customer service and administration.

Education and Qualifications

Madison completed her GCSEs at Sandymoor Ormiston Academy before beginning her apprenticeship within Business Administration at the firm.

Professional Experience and Background

Madison joined Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors with a few months of customer service experience and has since continued to develop her skills within the Business Operational Support team.

Working in this role allows her to gain insight into all areas of the firm, as the team deals with incoming calls and emails across every department.

Areas of Work

As part of the Business Operational Support team, Madison regularly deals with enquiries across all areas of law. She supports clients by listening carefully to their needs and ensuring enquiries are handled efficiently and passed to the correct department.

Approach and Client Care

Madison takes a calm and supportive approach when dealing with clients. She focuses on problem solving and always aims to ensure clients feel listened to and supported, never dismissing concerns and doing her best to assist wherever possible.

Outside of Work

Outside of work, Madison enjoys outdoor walks, spending time with her dog Loki, and listening to music, particularly Olivia Dean.
