Amy is a Conveyancing Lawyer at Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors, advising clients across a wide range of residential property matters. With 14 years of experience in Conveyancing, Amy brings a high level of technical knowledge and practical insight to every transaction she handles.
She joined Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors in September 2019, having previously worked at Howells Solicitors, and is a well established member of the Conveyancing team.
Education and Qualifications
Amy holds an LLB Law degree and has completed the Legal Practice Course. She is also CLC qualified and a member of the Society for Licensed Conveyancers.

Amy has worked in Conveyancing for 14 years, building extensive experience across residential property transactions. Her career has included work at Howells Solicitors before joining Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors, where she continues to support clients with complex and varied property matters.
Her depth of experience allows her to manage transactions efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy and client care.

Amy advises on all aspects of residential conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold transactions, new build properties, shared ownership, anti money laundering requirements, remortgages and transfers of equity.
She is particularly experienced in dealing with complex titles, providing clear guidance and reassurance to clients throughout the process.

Amy takes a calm and straight talking approach when working with clients, while remaining supportive throughout their transaction. She focuses on clear communication and building trust, helping clients feel confident and informed at every stage.
Her aim is to reduce stress and ensure each client feels supported from instruction through to completion.
