Professional Experience and Background
David has approximately ten years of experience in Residential Conveyancing and a further two years’ experience in Commercial Property. His background includes advising on a wide variety of property transactions, giving him a well rounded understanding of both individual and company matters.
Since joining Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors, David has continued to build on this experience while supporting a busy and varied caseload.
Areas of Work
David advises on all aspects of Conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold transactions, new build properties, company purchases and remortgages. He is also experienced in handling complex matters and transactions requiring a quick turnaround.

Outside of work, David enjoys travelling across the UK and Europe and regularly takes part in marathons, half marathons, hybrid events and Hyrox competitions.
