Shania Mottram
Conveyancing Paralegal
Shania is a Conveyancing Paralegal at Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors, supporting clients across a wide range of residential property matters. She assists with files at various stages of the conveyancing process and plays an important role in helping transactions progress smoothly.
Shania first joined Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors in June 2019, before leaving in August 2020 to attend university. She returned to the firm in May 2023 and has since continued to develop her career within the Conveyancing team.
Education and Qualifications
Shania studied law at Liverpool John Moores University, where she completed her LLB Law degree. She also went on to achieve a Master’s degree in Law and completed the Legal Practice Course at Liverpool John Moores University.
Professional Experience and Background
Shania has three years’ experience working within conveyancing. Before moving into her current role, she worked as a Client Relationship Executive, which helped her build strong client care skills and a clear understanding of client needs at the early stages of a transaction.
Her experience across client facing and conveyancing roles gives her a well rounded understanding of the conveyancing process and the importance of clear communication.
Areas of Work
Shania supports a wide range of residential property matters and assists across all file types within the Conveyancing team. She works closely with colleagues to ensure documentation is prepared accurately and matters are progressed efficiently.
Approach and Client Care
Shania takes an understanding and friendly approach when working with clients. She aims to be supportive throughout the transaction and understands the importance of clear communication in helping clients feel reassured.
Her focus is on making the conveyancing process as smooth and approachable as possible.
Outside of Work
Outside of work, Shania enjoys attending Pilates and going to the gym, spending time reading, looking after her baby boy Bobby, and finding new days out.
