Jessica Flaherty

Solicitor and Head of Private Client

Jessica Flaherty joined us in October 2022 as a solicitor and head of our private client department.

Jessica graduated with a degree in Law from Liverpool John Moores University in 2012. She demonstrated her passion for law early on as a volunteer at the Citizens Advice Bureau whilst studying. Jessica completed her LPC at Liverpool John Moores University in 2013 and in 2021 she qualified as a Trust and Estate Practitioner having completed the STEP Diploma in Trust and Estates. She is also a Member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Practitioners and a Member of Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE).

Prior to joining us, Jessica worked at Levins Solicitors where she started as a paralegal in 2013. Three months after starting, Jessica was given a trainee contract. She qualified as a solicitor in October 2015 and progressed to head of department for both residential conveyancing and their private client team in 2018. Jessica loves working in the local community to ensure people are aware of the importance of making a Will and having Lasting Powers of Attorney.

Outside of work, Jessica also loves to spend as much time as she can with her family. She loves all things Disney and her favourite place is Walt Disney World in Florida. In fact, Jessica is actually a registered travel agent as well!
