New Business Manager

April Parry is the New Business Manager at Bell Lamb & Joynson, acting as the firm’s first point of contact for new enquiries and playing a key role in ensuring clients receive clear, supportive guidance from the outset.

April has worked in a legal environment for over 11 years. She began her career on reception at Gavin Edmondson Solicitors and quickly progressed into senior new-business and client-facing roles, including New Business Manager and Head of Client Relations. During this time, she gained extensive experience handling enquiries across a wide range of practice areas, including Personal Injury, Noise Induced Hearing Loss, Industrial Disease, Family Law, Private Client, Medical Negligence, Professional Negligence and Criminal Law.

In her current role at Bell Lamb & Joynson, which she joined in January 2026, April deals with all new customer enquiries, complaints and general queries. She is often the first person clients speak to and is known for her approachable manner, efficiency and ability to put people at ease while ensuring enquiries are directed quickly and appropriately.

April’s role is central to the firm’s client journey, helping to ensure that every enquiry is handled with care, clarity and professionalism from the very first conversation.

Outside of work, April is a big animal lover and would happily spend a day in a zoo. She is devoted to her dogs, loves a beach day whatever the weather, enjoys trying new foods and is always happiest when planning or enjoying a sunny holiday.
