April joined Bell Lamb & Joynson in January 2026, bringing extensive experience from her previous role as a Client Relations & Marketing Manager at another law firm. Her wealth of knowledge in client care, business development and legal marketing enables her to lead the firm's New Business team with a client-first approach.

Experience

Before joining Bell Lamb & Joynson, April spent more than 12 years working as a Client Relations & Marketing Manager within the legal sector. Throughout her career, she has developed a strong understanding of the client journey and the importance of delivering exceptional service from the very first enquiry.

As New Business Manager, April oversees the firm's initial client enquiries, ensuring prospective clients are supported, informed and directed to the right legal team as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Outside of Work

Outside of work, April enjoys travelling and making the most of sunny holidays. She also loves spending quality time with her family and friends.
