Lily is a Solicitor at Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors, working within the Conveyancing team and advising clients on a wide range of residential property matters. With ten years of experience in Conveyancing, Lily supports clients through transactions with a tailored approach that recognises every client’s individual needs.
She joined Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors in January 2019, having previously worked at Birchall Blackburn Law in Preston, and is a well established member of the Conveyancing team.

Lily holds an LLB Law degree and has completed the Legal Practice Course.

Lily has worked in Conveyancing for ten years, building extensive experience across residential property transactions. Prior to joining Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors, she worked at Birchall Blackburn Law, where she developed a strong foundation in property law and client care.
Her experience allows her to manage transactions efficiently while adapting her approach to suit each client and matter.
Areas of Work
Lily regularly advises on freehold and leasehold transactions, shared ownership matters, remortgages and transfers of equity. She also ensures anti money laundering requirements are met on every file, supporting compliance throughout the transaction.

Lily believes effective client care comes from tailoring her approach to each individual client rather than adopting a one size fits all method. She takes time to understand client expectations and communicates clearly throughout the transaction to ensure clients feel informed and supported.

Outside of work, Lily enjoys travelling, hiking, hosting friends and family, and spending time reading.
