Monica Lamont
Monica Lamont joined Bell Lamb & Joynson in October 2025 as a Customer Service Representative within our Business Operational Support team.
In her role, Monica is responsible for managing incoming client enquiries, providing advice and assistance to both new and existing clients, and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the reception area. She also supports the wider team by handling client documentation and maintaining accurate records.
With over seven years of experience in customer service, Monica has developed excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing her to deliver a first-class client experience and a consistently high standard of support.
Monica studied Business Management and Business Marketing Management at the University of Chester before completing a degree in Marketing at Liverpool John Moores University, where she graduated with a 2:1 in 2024. Her academic studies sparked a keen interest in customer behaviour and engagement, inspiring her to build a career focused on client care within a professional setting.
Outside of work, Monica enjoys exploring new restaurants, taking her Cocker Spaniel, Bobbie, for walks on the beach, and spending time with her friends.
