Client Relationship Executive - Team Leader

Cath joined Bell Lamb & Joynson in August 2022 as Team Leader of our New Business team.

Cath previously worked for us from 2009 to 2016 where she started as an office apprentice whilst doing her NVQ Level 2 in Business Administration. When she completed her course, she was taken on full-time as a receptionist and began assisting the Wills, Probate, and Conveyancing fee-earners.

After leaving Bell Lamb & Joynson, Cath worked at RMNJ Solicitors as an assistant for 4 years running sale files, prepping, and handling completions. She moved to their Post Completion Department in September 2020 where she worked before re-joining us.

As Team Leader, Cath is passionate about her colleagues and has had experience with Employees Mental Wellbeing so is always available to provide support if colleagues are struggling with any issues inside and outside of work.

Cath shares this passion outside of work and in her spare time, ensures she practices self-care. She loves to spend quality time with her son, family, and friends, and enjoys mountain walks and being outdoors in nature – particularly with her son and their dog.
