Sarah Priestley

Sarah is a Conveyancing Paralegal at Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors, supporting clients across a range of residential property transactions. She plays a key role in guiding matters through the conveyancing process and is known for her clear explanations and client focused approach.

She joined Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors in April 2022 and progressed into her role as a Conveyancing Paralegal in June 2023, following experience in client facing roles within the firm.

Education and Qualifications

Sarah studied at the University of Liverpool, where she achieved a BA (Hons) degree in Egyptology and Ancient History. Her academic background supports a strong attention to detail and an ability to explain complex information clearly.

Professional Experience and Background

Sarah has four years’ experience working within Conveyancing. She began her career at Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors as a Client Relationship Executive before moving into the Conveyancing team. Prior to joining the firm, she worked as a Legal PA at Moneypenny, developing strong organisational and communication skills.

Her progression reflects her commitment to the role and her growing expertise within residential property matters.

Areas of Work

Sarah regularly assists with freehold and leasehold transactions, remortgages and transfers of equity. She works closely with colleagues to ensure files are progressed efficiently and clients are kept informed throughout.

Approach and Client Care

Sarah takes an open, clear and approachable approach to client care. She understands that Conveyancing involves terminology and processes that can feel overwhelming, particularly for first time buyers.

She makes a conscious effort to explain matters in accessible terms, ensuring clients understand what is happening and what to expect next. Sarah aims to create a supportive environment where clients feel comfortable asking questions and raising concerns.

Outside of Work

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys attending gym classes, particularly yoga and pilates. She is an avid reader and enjoys working through the ever growing pile of books in the office. Sarah also takes part in a weekly Sunday pub quiz, which she is hopeful will result in a win one day.
