Jessica is a Paralegal at Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors, working within the Family team and supporting clients involved in care proceedings. She assists on legally aided matters that are often complex and emotionally challenging, helping to ensure cases are progressed with care and attention.

With over six years of experience in the legal industry, Jessica brings a strong understanding of family law practice and a commitment to supporting clients during some of the most difficult periods of their lives.

Education and Qualifications

Jessica holds an LLB Law degree, a Master’s degree in Law, and achieved a Distinction in the Legal Practice Course.

Professional Experience and Background

Jessica has worked within the legal industry for over six years and has been part of Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors for around 18 months. During her career, she has developed a strong focus on family law, particularly legal aid care matters.

Her experience has given her a detailed understanding of public law proceedings and the challenges faced by families involved in care cases.

Jessica primarily deals with legal aid care matters, supporting cases that involve children and complex family dynamics. She works closely with colleagues to assist with case preparation and progression, ensuring matters are handled carefully and efficiently.

Jessica has been recognised for her professional involvement outside of her day to day role, having received an award for being an active member of the Merseyside Junior Lawyers Committee. She has also previously been a member of the Liverpool Law Society and acted as a charity representative.
