Lucy is a dedicated Customer Service Representative at Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors, bringing a strong background in client care, and administration . She holds a Music Degree from the University of Salford and has developed a versatile skill set through roles in hospitality and teaching before joining the firm in March 2026.

With 4 years of customer service experience, Lucy has built a natural ability to support clients, manage enquiries and create a welcoming first impression. Although new to the legal sector, she was drawn to the role through her enjoyment of administrative work and client interaction. She is keen to develop transferable skills and looks forward to gaining experience across multiple departments within the firm.

Lucy works with clients across all departments, often acting as one of the first points of contact. She ensures clients are greeted warmly, listened to carefully and directed to the correct team quickly and efficiently.

Outside of Work

Outside the office, Lucy enjoys singing and performing, and has won awards with her musical theatre company for various productions. She is also a keen runner and regularly takes part in races, bringing energy and enthusiasm to both her personal and professional life.
