Trainee Solicitor
Emma is a Trainee Solicitor at Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors, working within the Conveyancing team. She supports clients through residential property transactions, assisting with matters from instruction through to completion and helping ensure the process runs smoothly.
She joined Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors in November 2022 and has continued to build her experience within Conveyancing while progressing her legal career.
Education and Qualifications
Emma holds an LLB Law degree and has completed the Legal Practice Course. She also holds a Master’s degree, providing her with a strong academic foundation to support her training as a Solicitor.
Professional Experience and Background
Emma has five years of experience working within Conveyancing. Since joining Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors, she has developed hands on experience supporting residential property matters and working closely with colleagues across the Conveyancing team.
Her experience allows her to contribute confidently to transactions while continuing to develop her technical knowledge and practical skills.
Areas of Work
Emma regularly assists with freehold and leasehold transactions, remortgages and transfers of equity. She supports files at various stages, helping ensure documentation is prepared accurately and matters are progressed efficiently.
Approach and Client Care
Emma takes a supportive approach when working with clients. She understands that property transactions can be stressful and aims to provide reassurance through clear communication and steady support throughout the process.
Outside of Work
Outside of work, Emma enjoys travelling and exploring new cultures. Her travels have taken her to Thailand, Lisbon and Greece, where she enjoys experiencing new places and environments. She also has a strong love for music and is particularly fond of Afro‑beats, with artists such as Burna Boy among her favourites.
