Customer Service Representative

Harry is a Customer Service Representative at Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors and a member of the Business Operational Support team. He is often the first point of contact for clients contacting the firm and plays an important role in ensuring enquiries are handled professionally and directed to the right department.

He joined Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors in 2020 as an apprentice and has continued to develop his career within the firm, driven by a strong commitment to customer service and supporting people who need legal assistance.

Education and Qualifications

Harry studied at Kirkby High School before choosing to pursue an apprenticeship in 2020. He completed a Business Administration Apprenticeship through Riverside College, achieving a distinction, and has continued working at Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors since completing his qualification.

Professional Experience and Background

Harry has worked in customer service since the age of 16. He joined Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors just before the Covid lockdowns, attracted by the opportunity to earn while learning and to build a long term career within a professional environment.

Working within the Business Operational Support team has allowed Harry to gain experience across all areas of the firm, as the team handles incoming calls and emails for every department.

Areas of Work

As part of the Business Operational Support team, Harry deals with enquiries across all departments within the firm. He supports clients who may be seeking advice across different areas of law, as well as those needing assistance with property sales or purchases.

His role involves listening carefully to client needs and ensuring enquiries are passed on accurately so clients receive the right support.

Approach and Client Care

Harry takes a calm and professional approach when dealing with clients. He understands that different situations require different responses and adapts his communication style to suit the person he is speaking with.

Listening is central to how Harry works, as understanding a client’s situation is key to meeting their needs and ensuring they are guided in the right direction.

Outside of Work

Outside of work, Harry is passionate about sport, particularly Liverpool Football Club, and has been a season ticket holder from a young age alongside his grandfather. He also enjoys going to the gym, boxing and swimming to stay active.
