Eve is a dedicated Conveyancing Paralegal at Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors, supporting clients through a wide range of residential property transactions. Known for her friendly, approachable manner and strong organisational skills, Eve is passionate about helping clients navigate the conveyancing process with confidence and ease.

Eve studied for her LLB Law Degree at Liverpool Hope University before progressing her legal education by studying towards her SQE and LLM at the University of Liverpool. Her academic background, combined with her practical experience in conveyancing, enables her to provide professional and supportive assistance throughout every stage of a transaction.

She understands that buying or selling a home can be both exciting and stressful, and takes pride in guiding clients through the process from instruction to completion. For Eve, one of the most rewarding aspects of her role is seeing a transaction successfully complete and receiving positive feedback from clients who have felt supported throughout their journey.

Outside of Work

Outside of work, Eve enjoys following Formula 1 and has travelled to attend races and support her favourite driver, Max Verstappen. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends, as well as with her much-loved dog, Ralph.

When she gets the chance, Eve enjoys Pilates and is an avid reader, making the most of any opportunity to relax and unwind away from the office.
