Sandra is a Residential Conveyancer in the Conveyancing team at Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors. With more than 25 years of experience in residential property transactions, she supports clients through every stage of the conveyancing process, providing practical advice and guidance to help ensure transactions progress as smoothly as possible.
Education and Qualifications
Sandra studied at St John Bosco High School in Croxteth, where she completed her GCSEs.
Professional Experience and Background
Sandra has worked in conveyancing for over 25 years. She began her career with Eversheds Solicitors in Manchester as a Customer Service Advisor within their Home 2 Home department, where she first developed her passion for conveyancing.
Throughout her career, Sandra has gained extensive experience handling a wide variety of residential property matters and has built a strong reputation for managing busy caseloads efficiently while maintaining high standards of client care.
Sandra joined Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors on 1st June 2026, having previously worked as a Senior Conveyancer at MSB Solicitors.
Areas of Work
Sandra regularly deals with a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, Right to Buy transactions, transfers of equity, remortgages and company purchases.
She has also worked within plot sales teams for reputable developers, assisting with a number of student accommodation developments.
