Family Law Solicitor – Public Law
We are looking to add to our highly experienced team of childcare solicitors by recruiting an experienced solicitor to join the team in handling a range of complex public law matters to include care proceedings and adoption. You will be able to run a caseload of existing and new matters and must be able to work free of significant supervision.
We as an organisation are naturally agile, we operate as a firm rather than individual offices and so we are looking to recruit an individual to operate across our network of offices in Liverpool, Warrington, Runcorn and Maghull. The role also includes the flexibility of working from home.

Responsibilities of successful candidate: -
We are looking for a dynamic individual with experience of running your own child care matters from instruction to completion.
Ideally you will have the Law Society Children's Panel Accreditation - or be working towards obtaining accreditation.
You will have experience of conducting your own advocacy.
You will be working in a supportive team of family lawyers, fee earners and paralegals. We strongly believe that collaboration is the best method of developing modern best practices.
