An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious solicitor or experienced fee earner to join our Private Law family team at our multi-award-winning firm.

We as an organisation are naturally agile, we operate as a firm rather than individual offices and so we are looking to recruit an individual to operate across our network of offices in Walton, Warrington, Runcorn and Maghull. The role also includes the flexibility of working from home.

Responsibilities of successful candidate: -

We are looking for a dynamic individual with networking skills to drive and support growth throughout our network of offices, supported by our business development and marketing teams to run a case load of private family matters including high net worth individuals.  The role will be ideal for an individual with a growth mindset.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing a varied case load of private matrimonial matters including children’s matters and ancillary relief. The firm holds a legal aid contract and as such we also welcome clients who are entitled to legal aid and therefore candidates should have an excellent working knowledge of Family Legal Aid.

You will be working in a supportive team of family lawyers, fee earners and paralegals.  We strongly believe that collaboration is the best method of developing modern best practices.
