Zane Pole

Zane is a Post Completion Executive at Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors, supporting the Conveyancing team with post completion matters. With ten years of experience in Conveyancing, Zane plays an important role in ensuring transactions are finalised accurately and efficiently once completion has taken place.

She joined Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors in 2020, having previously worked at DC Law for five years, and brings a strong depth of experience to the post completion process.

Education and Qualifications

Zane studied at the University of Latvia, where she achieved a Master’s degree in Oriental Studies.

Professional Experience and Background

Zane has worked in Conveyancing for ten years and has developed specialist experience in post completion work. Her previous role at DC Law helped build a strong foundation in the technical and procedural requirements involved in finalising property transactions.

Since joining Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors, Zane has continued to apply her knowledge and experience to support the smooth completion of matters across the firm.

Zane is known for her work in post completion, ensuring all steps following completion are dealt with correctly and efficiently. Her role supports the wider Conveyancing team and helps ensure transactions are properly concluded in line with regulatory and procedural requirements.

While Zane has minimal direct client contact, she is always supportive and helpful when needed. She takes a careful and consistent approach to her work, understanding the importance of accuracy and reliability in post completion processes.

Outside of Work

Outside of work, Zane enjoys reading and travelling, as well as spending time on days out with family and friends. She also enjoys long walks with her dog, Mini, and plays the piano, with a bit of guitar in her spare time.
