Gemma Scholes
Gemma Scholes joined Bell Lamb & Joynson in September 2022 as a FCILEx Residential Conveyancer in our Conveyancing team. With over 10 years of experience, she has built a robust career in residential conveyancing.
Gemma began her career in law at Morecrofts, where she worked as an assistant in the Private Client and Property department from 2000 until 2016. She completed her CILEX qualification in 2008, establishing a solid foundation in conveyancing and property law. Her journey continued as she gained extensive experience in residential conveyancing, working at notable firms between 2016 and 2022 before joining Bell Lamb & Joynson.
As an FCILEx Residential Conveyancer, Gemma stands out as one of the few qualified professionals in this speciality within our firm. Her comprehensive understanding of residential conveyancing, coupled with her dedication to client service, has made her a key member of our Conveyancing team.
In her role, Gemma handles a wide range of conveyancing matters, ensuring that property transactions are processed efficiently and accurately. She works closely with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors to facilitate smooth transactions from start to finish.
Gemma is married and keeps busy with her two children, cherishing quality time with her family. She enjoys unwinding after a busy week by having a kitchen disco. In her spare time, Gemma loves to read and listen to a variety of music. She is an avid concert-goer, with a diverse taste in music that includes artists such as Taylor Swift, Tom Jones, Bring Me the Horizon, and Slipknot.
Gemma has also been actively sponsoring guide dog puppies for the past 15 years, demonstrating her commitment to community service and support.
