Bell Lamb & Joynson’s Conveyancing Team Recognised at British Conveyancing Awards 2026

Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors is celebrating success at the Today’s Conveyancer British Conveyancing Awards 2026, with its Conveyancing Team receiving two Highly Commended awards on the evening.

The firm was recognised in the following categories:

  • Residential Property Team of the Year (Large) – Highly Commended
  • Collaboration of the Year with Rowlinsons Solicitors – Highly Commended

These awards reflect the strength of the firm’s residential conveyancing service and its continued focus on delivering a clear, proactive experience for clients throughout the home-moving process.

The Collaboration of the Year recognition highlights the close working relationship between Bell Lamb & Joynson and Rowlinsons Solicitors, demonstrating how effective communication and a shared approach can support smoother transactions for clients and introducers alike.

There was also individual recognition for Laura Cartwright, Partner and Head of Residential Property, who was Highly Commended in the Property Commentator of the Year category.

Laura received the award alongside her Bricks & Banter co-host, Tom Parkinson of Rowlinsons Solicitors. Through the podcast, the pair continue to share insight into the realities of the property market, offering practical perspectives for professionals involved in the conveyancing process.

The British Conveyancing Awards bring together firms and individuals from across the UK to recognise excellence in residential property law and highlight the evolving role of the modern conveyancer.

This latest recognition follows a strong period for Bell Lamb & Joynson’s Conveyancing Team, which continues to support thousands of clients each year while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and trusted relationships with estate agents, brokers and other introducers.

Congratulations to all those shortlisted and recognised on the evening.
