Rachael is a Conveyancing Solicitor at Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors, advising clients on a wide range of residential property matters. With five years of experience in conveyancing, Rachael supports clients through their transactions with a focus on clear communication and reducing stress throughout the process.

She joined Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors in March 2025, having qualified at KMC Legal, and is a valued member of the Conveyancing team.

Rachael studied law at Liverpool John Moores University, where she completed her LLB Law degree and the Legal Practice Course.

Rachael has worked in conveyancing for five years. Prior to joining Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors, she trained and qualified at KMC Legal, where she developed strong experience across residential property transactions.

Her background has provided her with a solid understanding of the conveyancing process and the importance of guiding clients clearly from instruction to completion.

Areas of Work

Rachael regularly advises on freehold and leasehold transactions. Her work also includes dealing with anti money laundering requirements, remortgages and transfers of equity.

She supports matters at all stages of the transaction, ensuring work is progressed efficiently and accurately.

Outside of work, Rachael enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and dog. She enjoys going to gigs and festivals, listening to music, reading, and pursuing her hobby as a florist. She also enjoys socialising with friends and family.
