Conveyancing Paralegal

Megan Clarke is a Conveyancing Assistant at Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors, supporting the Conveyancing team on residential property matters. Having recently been promoted into her role, Megan assists with high volume and complex transactions, helping ensure files progress smoothly and efficiently.

She joined Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors in 2024 and is continuing to build her experience within Conveyancing after completing her apprenticeship with the firm

Education and Qualifications

Megan studied at Carmel College, where she completed her A Levels. She also completed a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship at Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors, which she successfully finished in December 2025.

Professional Experience and Background

Megan began her career at Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors in 2024 with no previous firm experience. She developed her skills through hands on work within the Conveyancing department and was recently promoted to Conveyancing Assistant.

Her progression reflects her ability to manage a busy workload and support complex matters within the team.

Areas of Work

Megan supports Conveyancing matters across the department, assisting on a wide range of files handled by senior fee earners. Her role involves supporting high volume and complex transactions, ensuring documentation is prepared accurately and matters are progressed efficiently.

Approach and Client Care

Megan takes a calm, informative and supportive approach when dealing with clients and colleagues. She understands the importance of clear communication and aims to help clients feel reassured throughout the transaction process.

Outside of Work

Outside of work, Megan enjoys reading romance novels and watching Formula 1. She hopes to attend a Formula 1 race in the future.
