Lily Dehnad

Solicitor

Lily is a Solicitor in our Conveyancing team.

Lily joined Bell Lamb and Joynson as a Paralegal in 2019 and was a Trainee from January 2021 until she qualified as a Solicitor in October 2022.

Lily studied at the University of Central Lancashire where she completed her degree in Law and master’s in law, combined with the Legal Practice Course. Between 2016 and 2018 Lily worked part-time at Birchall Blackburn Law in the new business and post-completions conveyancing team, whilst she was at university.

Lily loves to spend time with colleagues and believes that having a great work atmosphere and a friendly approach helps to make clients feel at ease. She loves to create relationships with clients, gain their trust, share her knowledge about buying or selling a property, and help clients through what can be a stressful process.

Outside of work, Lily plays tennis socially. She also likes to travel and spent 3 months travelling around Southeast Asia after she finished university. Lily practices yoga to relax and loves to spend time cooking and hosting for her family and friends.

I could not fault Lily's advice and service during the process of buying a house. As a first time buyer, I had loads of questions, and Lily always got back to me promptly with clear explanations and responses. I also needed to complete within a certain timeframe, and they ensured that this happened and we were not held up at all. I'll definitely be recommending to family and friends.
