Amy Rouse

Conveyancer

Amy joined Bell Lamb & Joynson in September 2019 and qualified as a Licenced Conveyancer in January 2023.

Amy graduated with a degree in Law with Criminology from Leeds Metropolitan University before completing her Legal Practice Course at the University of Sheffield.

Since graduating from university, Amy has worked in a number of residential conveyancing firms in Yorkshire and with Bellway homes as a legal adviser dealing with new build plots. Amy qualified as a Licenced Conveyancer in January 2023 but has many years experience prior to obtaining her formal qualification.

Whilst originally from Yorkshire, Amy moved to the area a few years ago and has enjoyed her first Liverpool football match and had her first scouse pie.
