What a great day we had on Tuesday the 18 of July at our first-ever Conveyancing Connect Day!

Most of the team met in person and a couple joined on Teams for a day of team building and learning.

Discussions centred around how to continue providing the best service to our clients, maintain our high standards, how to remain adept in our industry, and of course how we can continue to support one another. We also discussed the Building Safety Act 2022, climate change, fee supplements, how to strengthen relationships with our introducers who are so important to our growth and using Perfect Portal.

Thank you to Kelly Fearn, Claire Manning, and Michelle Houghton who arranged some targeted training for us so we can streamline our processes and refine our skills and approaches to various tasks within our roles.

Of course, we also took the opportunity (and a break) for a little team building. Everyone contributed by bringing a plate of food, creating a mouthwatering buffet lunch that was enjoyed by all.
