Bell Lamb & Joynson Celebrate Triple Win at The ESTAS Awards 2025

Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors, one of the North West’s longest-established law firms known for its commitment to client care, is proud to announce a triple win at The ESTAS Customer Service Awards 2025, held at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London on Friday 17th October.

Bell Lamb & Joynson achieved recognition in three major categories:
• Best in County 2025 – Conveyancer (Merseyside)
• Conveyancer Awards 2025 Gold – North West (Liverpool office, L9)
• Conveyancer Awards 2025 Silver – North West (Maghull office, L31)

The ESTAS Awards are the largest annual event in the UK residential property industry, celebrating the top conveyancers, agents, and suppliers who deliver exceptional client service. Winners are determined solely by verified client reviews, reflecting genuine feedback on communication, support, and overall satisfaction throughout the home-moving process.

These latest awards follow Bell Lamb & Joynson’s success earlier this year in achieving ‘Best in Postcode’ for three of its office locations – Liverpool (L9), Maghull (L31) and Runcorn (WA7).

Together, these achievements reinforce the firm’s reputation for excellence in conveyancing and highlight the dedication the team have to provide clear communication, transparency, and a smooth client experience from start to finish.
