Bell Lamb & Joynson Win Conveyancing Firm of the Year (North) at the Modern Law Conveyancing Awards 2025
Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors are proud to share their success at this year’s Modern Law Conveyancing Awards, where the firm received national recognition for its work within the conveyancing sector.
The awards ceremony, held at The Rum Warehouse in Liverpool, brought together conveyancing professionals and law firms from across the UK to celebrate the very best in the industry.
Conveyancing Firm of the Year (North)
The standout moment of the evening was Bell Lamb & Joynson being announced as the winner of Conveyancing Firm of the Year (North). This is a significant achievement for the firm and recognises the standard of service delivered by our Conveyancing Team, who support thousands of clients each year with their home moves.
The win reflects the team’s dedication to client care, the quality of their work and the support they provide to buyers, sellers and homeowners throughout what can often be a stressful process. It is a moment of real pride for the department and the firm as a whole.
Shortlisted for The Giving it Back Award
Bell Lamb & Joynson were also shortlisted for The Giving it Back Award. This category highlights firms who play an active role in supporting their communities through charitable involvement, fundraising and social value projects.
The nomination recognises the ongoing work of the Bell Lamb & Joynson Foundation and the firm’s efforts to give back to the local areas it serves.
Recognising Female Leadership in Conveyancing
The evening also included a proud moment for our Head of Conveyancing, Laura Cartwright, who handed over her title of Female Trailblazer of the Year to this year’s winner, Sarah Cookson of Switalskis Solicitors. Laura received the award in 2024 and continues to be a leading, well-known, and respected figure within the conveyancing community.
