Statement – COVID-19
To all of our valued clients and customers…
We appreciate that there is concern around the current COVID-19 pandemic but please rest assured that the team at Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors will continue to deliver work across all legal departments to ensure that your needs are met and our high level of service is maintained. We will continue to take on clients and undertake new instructions across all areas of our firm and do not anticipate any disruption to regular service.
Our staff can work seamlessly from remote locations and as a firm we remain contactable during our regular working hours, including a 24-hour service for all criminal cases. Appointments can be fulfilled over the phone, online or by methods of video calls whilst we utilise the use of technology through the likes of electronic signatures, for example. All clients, both current and potential, can take advantage of our enhanced digital services, which will reduce the need for face-to-face contact and help to ensure the safety of our staff and customers.
At present, we are still able to attend court and police stations without issues albeit we are taking precautions and the advice as per trusted professional bodies and the Ministry of Justice along with all other relevant organisations.
As an independently-ran firm, we are appreciative of your continued support and will continue to honour our duty of care to all existing and potential customers.
