The ESTAS 2025

We are thrilled to announce that Bell Lamb & Joynson has been recognised as the ‘Best in Postcode’ for three of our office locations at The ESTAS Customer Service Awards 2025. This prestigious event is the largest annual gathering for the UK residential property industry, celebrating the top agents, conveyancers, brokers, and suppliers for their exceptional customer service.

The awards ceremony will take place in London at the Grosvenor Hotel, where winners will be announced by Phil Spencer. The ESTAS winners are determined solely based on customer reviews, where clients provide feedback on the service they received throughout the entire moving process.

Ahead of the official awards ceremony in October, The ESTAS has released the ‘Best in Postcode’ list, highlighting the top performers in local areas. We are proud to share that Bell Lamb & Joynson has won this accolade for our offices in:

  • Liverpool (L9)
  • Maghull (L31)
  • Runcorn (WA7

These awards highlight our conveyancing team's dedication to client care. It is an honour to be recognised for our commitment, as our clients are at the heart of everything we do, and our team work tirelessly to ensure clear communication and understanding with our clients at all times.

Additionally, we are excited to announce that Bell Lamb & Joynson has been nominated for The ESTAS North-West Regional Award 2025. This nomination celebrates the best conveyancers, brokers, and suppliers in the North-West region, with winners to be announced on 4th October.
