Maddie McCoy

Madison is a Customer Service Representative at Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors and works as part of the Business Operational Support team. She supports clients as one of the first points of contact with the firm, helping to ensure enquiries are handled efficiently and directed to the appropriate department.

She joined Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors in August 2025, seeking a new challenge and the opportunity to develop her career within a different sector after previously working within the motor industry.

Education and Qualifications

Madison studied at Bridgewater High School for Years 7 to 9 before continuing her education at UTC Warrington for Years 10 to 13. She achieved five GCSEs, two engineering GCSE equivalents, and a Level 3 Extended Diploma in General Engineering.

Professional Experience and Background

Madison has around five years of experience in customer service. Prior to joining Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors, she worked at ABL1Touch as a logistics planner and hire car manager. This role developed her ability to work in a structured and methodical way, manage competing priorities, and communicate clearly with customers.

She has also gained experience in animal care, which has helped shape her empathetic and patient approach when supporting people in different circumstances.

Areas of Work

Madison regularly deals with criminal enquiries but also supports a wide range of other matters across the firm. Her role within the Business Operational Support team gives her exposure to almost all areas of law, allowing her to assist clients with a variety of enquiries.

Approach and Client Care

Madison understands that every case and every client is different. She adapts her approach depending on individual needs, offering clear explanations where a direct approach is helpful and breaking information down into manageable steps when clients need additional support.

Her empathy and understanding help clients feel more at ease, whether they are dealing with a property matter or contacting the firm for the first time following an arrest.

Outside of Work

Outside of work, Madison enjoys spending time with family and friends. She has previously competed in show jumping and cross country events and hopes to return to this in the future. She is also a keen car enthusiast and enjoys attending car shows when the weather allows.
