Kelsey Faulkner

Trainee Solicitor

Kelsey joined Bell Lamb & Joynson in March 2021 as a Paralegal. In July 2022 Kelsey started her training contract with us.

Kelsey graduated in 2019 with a degree in law at Liverpool John Moores University and completed her LPC in 2021 with a master's in legal practice.

Prior to joining us, Kelsey was a part-time Vulnerable Witness Volunteer at the Crown Court in Liverpool whilst completing her undergraduate degree and previously worked at Morecrofts LLP as a paralegal.

As a trainee solicitor in family law proceedings, Kelsey represents people in public proceedings against the local authority and private child arrangements. Kelsey also deals with grandparents’ rights, change of names, domestic abuse, protective injunctions, and separation.

As a trainee police station representative, Kelsey attends police stations across Merseyside and Cheshire when people have been arrested or when they are giving a voluntary interview, to give advice and ensure that interviews are conducted justly and fairly.

Outside of work Kelsey enjoys horse riding and walking her dog at the beach.
