Emily Harvey

Customer Services Representative

Emily is a Customer Services Representative working in the front of house team at the Walton Vale, Liverpool office.

She is the first point of contact for clients and she helps assist with various admin duties. She really enjoys speaking with clients and helping them with their queries.

Emily graduated from Keele University in 2021 with a degree in International Relations and Sociology and she is currently doing her Masters in Sociology alongside her role at Bell Lamb & Joynson.

Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and their sausage dog who keeps her very busy. She loves listening to music and her favourite artist is Stevie Nicks.

I could not fault Lily's advice and service during the process of buying a house. As a first time buyer, I had loads of questions, and Lily always got back to me promptly with clear explanations and responses. I also needed to complete within a certain timeframe, and they ensured that this happened and we were not held up at all. I'll definitely be recommending to family and friends.
