Client Relationship Executive

We are recruiting for a number of talented individuals to join  our team as a client relationship executive.  Award winning Bell Lamb & Joynson Solicitors were established in 1821 and so we have 200 years' of experience and expertise.

It’s not just our age and experience that makes us unique. Despite our longevity we use the latest technology and case management systems to provide an efficient and cost effective service and we are a forward thinking and progressive law firm.

This year we have won two awards - Liverpool Law Firm of the Year (under 99 colleagues) and have retained our Modern Law award for Client Care.

We have offices in Liverpool, Runcorn and Warrington, but offer truly flexible working.

The role:

As a member of the new business team you are sometimes the first conversation with a potential client wanting to enquire about our services. Our new business team support our property, family and private client team.

  • Providing initial quotes to clients when they call, go online, from our ambassador partners or when they physically attend our office network.
  • Following up using our client relationship tool by calling clients to see if they wish to proceed.
  • When instructed, helping the client to complete their digital to-do list to get them 'legal ready' by guiding them through our onboarding process and building a supportive relationship with the client.
  • Allocating clients to our solicitors and ensuring a high level of attention to detail
  • Liaising with our ambassador partners (normally estate agents, mortgage brokers, financial advisors) about where the client is up to in the onboarding journey.

  • Looking at helping clients with other services that will assist and protect them
  • Providing a great experience for your clients, colleagues and ambassadors is important so we need someone with a true can do attitude

The role requires the following:

  • Excellent customer service and communication skills in person, by email and by phone.
    • High IT competency with relevant experience in Microsoft Office and software as a service cloud application. We work in a paperless environment and use online applications to support our clients.
    • Excellent organisation skills.
    • Ability to work alone and as part of a team and contribute positively to team targets.
    • Some knowledge of the conveyancing process would be advantageous but not
    essential as full training would be given.
    • Ambition to progress. We strongly believe in the development and training of colleagues.
